Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place a greased wire rack on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk and Dijon. Stir in Shredded Wheat Crumbs and let stand for 5 minutes, until mixture has moistened. Stir in turkey, parsley, garlic, salt, onion powder, basil, oregano and pepper; mix until combined.
Shape turkey mixture into 1-1/2-inch (4 cm) balls and arrange on prepared wire rack. Brush with olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and an internal thermometer inserted into the center of a meatball registers 165°F.
Serve with warmed marina sauce for dipping.
Replace ground turkey with ground chicken, pork or beef, if desired.
