Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups (750 mL) Fruity PEBBLES™ Cereal, divided
  • 3 cups (750 mL) 35% whipping cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together 2 cups cereal, and cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Strain cream into bowl of electric mixer; beat until soft peaks start to form. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until stiff peaks start to form. Fold in 1 cup (250 mL) cereal.
  3. Transfer to airtight freezer-safe container. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until set and frozen.
  4. To serve, scoop into bowls; sprinkle remaining cereal over top.

Tips

  • Alternatively, freeze in ice pop moulds and roll in cereal before serving.
