No-Churn Fruity PEBBLES™ Ice Cream
This easy frozen treat is full of flavour from Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal – and requires no ice cream machine.

Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 4 hours freezing time)
Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups (750 mL) Fruity PEBBLES™ Cereal, divided
- 3 cups (750 mL) 35% whipping cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
- In a large bowl, stir together 2 cups cereal, and cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Strain cream into bowl of electric mixer; beat until soft peaks start to form. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until stiff peaks start to form. Fold in 1 cup (250 mL) cereal.
- Transfer to airtight freezer-safe container. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until set and frozen.
- To serve, scoop into bowls; sprinkle remaining cereal over top.
Tip: Alternatively, freeze in ice pop moulds and roll in cereal before serving.
