  • 2 cups Post Shredded Wheat ‘N Bran Spoon Size cereal
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. walnut pieces
  • 2 containers (6 oz. each) peach nonfat yogourt


  1. Toss cereal with fruit and walnuts until well blended.
  2. Spoon yogourt into each of four serving bowls.
  3. Top with the cereal mixture.
