  • 1 Post Original Shredded Wheat Spoon Size cereal
  • 1/2 cup each low-fat (1-2%) M.F. plain yogourt and applesauce
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins


  1. Poure hot water over biscuit.
  2. Drain. Serve with yogourt and applesauce.
  3. Top with cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins.
