  • 2 cups Post Shredded Wheat ‘N Bran Spoon Size cereal, coarsely crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted chopped almonds
  • 4 pears (1 lb./450 g), peeled, chopped
  • 2 cups artificially sweetened vanilla fat-free yogourt


  1. Combine cereal, cranberries and almonds.
  2. Layer pears, cereal mixture and yogurt in four mugs or parfait glasses.
  3. Refrigerate 10 min. before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
