Get Coconutty!

Ingredients
- 2 Shredded Wheat Original Big Biscuits
 - 3/4 cup (175 mL) unsweetened coconut milk, warmed
 - 1 mandarin orange, segmented
 - 1 tbsp (15 mL) orange marmalade
 - 2 tbsp (30 mL) coconut chips
 
Directions
- Place biscuits in bowl. Pour warmed coconut milk over top.
 - Top with mandarin orange segments and marmalade. Sprinkle with coconut chips.
 
Tips
- Add dark chocolate shavings for an added twist, if desired.
