Apple-y Ever After
- 2 Shredded Wheat Original Big Biscuits
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened almond milk, warmed
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) brown sugar
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- Place biscuits in bowl. Pour warmed almond milk over top.
- Top with diced apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Sauté chopped apples in 1 tsp (5 mL) butter in skillet set over medium heat until softened if desired.
- Sprinkle with chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts if desired.
