Ingredients

  • 1 cup (47 g) Spoon Size Shredded Wheat & Bran
  • 1 ruby red grapefruit, segmented
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) ground flax (optional)

Directions

  1. Place cereal in bowl.
  2. Top with grapefruit and yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle with blueberries, walnuts, coconut and flax (if using).

Tip: For additional sweetness, sprinkle with brown sugar.
