A bright and energetic morning starts with a well-balanced breakfast full of amazing fresh fruits and crunchy walnuts.
- 1 cup (47 g) Spoon Size Shredded Wheat & Bran
- 1 ruby red grapefruit, segmented
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped toasted walnuts
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tsp (10 mL) ground flax (optional)
- Place cereal in bowl.
- Top with grapefruit and yogurt.
- Sprinkle with blueberries, walnuts, coconut and flax (if using).
Tip: For additional sweetness, sprinkle with brown sugar.
