Ingredients

  • 1 cup (47 g) Spoon Size Shredded Wheat & Bran
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) halved red grapes
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey

Directions

  1. Place cereal in bowl. Pour almond milk over top.
  2. Top with grapes and strawberries.
  3. Sprinkle with peanuts and drizzle with honey.

Tip: Substitute oat or cashew milk for almond milk if desired.
