Ingredients

  • 1 cup (47 g) Spoon Size Shredded Wheat Original
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut milk beverage
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped pineapple
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
  • 1 pitted date, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted coconut chips

Directions

  1. Place cereal in bowl. Pour coconut milk over top.
  2. Top with banana and pineapple.
  3. Drizzle with honey. Scatter date and coconut chips over top.

Tips:

  • Serve with a dollop of coconut-flavoured yogurt if desired.
  • Garnish with a fresh or frozen cherry.
