Take a vacation for breakfast! This fun spin on a piña colada is packed with tropical flavours.
- 1 cup (47 g) Spoon Size Shredded Wheat Original
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut milk beverage
- 1 small banana, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped pineapple
- 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
- 1 pitted date, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted coconut chips
- Place cereal in bowl. Pour coconut milk over top.
- Top with banana and pineapple.
- Drizzle with honey. Scatter date and coconut chips over top.
- Serve with a dollop of coconut-flavoured yogurt if desired.
- Garnish with a fresh or frozen cherry.
