Very Berry Parfait
- 2 Shredded Wheat Original Big Biscuits
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) blackberries
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
- Crumble biscuits into large pieces.
- Layer one-third each of the crumbled biscuits, yogurt, maple syrup, strawberries and blackberries in large glass; repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Tip: If desired, use vanilla-flavoured yogurt or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option.
